A nomad boy from the Argali tribe, dreaming of being an adventurer.
Until the day he accidentally mixed his blood with an Intruder's.

An Intruder also known as the Lord Imposter.
He accidentally mixed his blood with Grim's.
Now he's trying to break the mysterious blood-bond which prevent him to kill the boy.

Grim's father.
Has a very strict code of morals.

Grim's oldest friend, almost like a brother to him.
He promised to save Grim and bring him back to the tribe.

Gods and Heroes: Loghlan & Sethlan
Twin brothers, celebrated as war heroes in all the Plains' legends.
The ancestors (or the gods) gave them the ability to recognize Intruders.
They succesfully repelled the first Intruders' invasion.
The legends also appoint them as the first kings of Gullveig-heid, the City of Gold.
